Collection of Information
We collect various information when you register with Company, during your usage of our products and services, when you visit pages of our partners. We may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from other partners or other companies in order to provide you a better experience or to improve the quality of our services. When you sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us. We automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, our cookie information, software and hardware attributes, the page you request and other standard browser parameters.
Our infrastructure consists of servers deployed at multiple datacenters that are owned and operated by us or our partners. All information collected within our services resides on this network of servers.

We have a strict No-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of any data collected to send spam. We will not sell any contact information to third parties.
Choices for Personal Information
When you sign up for a particular service that requires registration, we ask you to provide personal information. If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose defined herein and in the terms of the services offered then we will ask for your consent prior to such use. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some of our features and services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled. You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case we may not be able to provide those services to you.
We only share personal information with other companies or individuals in the following limited circumstances:
- We have your consent
- We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to:
(a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request,
(b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof,
(c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or
(d) protect against harm to rights, property or safety, of our users, us or the public as required or permitted by law.
- We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users by demographic. Such information does not identify you individually.
- As permitted and described in the respective terms of service of each of our services and in the Bud Icon Customer Master Agreement
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.
We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

When you use our services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and to correct this data if it is inaccurate.
Bud Icon's Product Return Policy
As a leading retailer of digital products, Bud Icon relies on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.

Bud Icon will, in its sole and absolute discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product purchased using our services within 7 days from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 7 day return period.
Customers requesting a return after 7 days will be required to work directly with the technical support or customer service.
If a customer requests a return and the return is approved by Bud Icon, the money for the requested transaction is refunded back to the customer, in part or whole. If the return is for a recurring billing product, then the return policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. Multiple payment returns can be provided as long as they are within Bud Icon's Return Policy. A return on a recurring billing product will also result in cancellation.Returns will only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for return.
When a product is returned, the customer generally receives a full refund. Payouts from that sale are debited back out of the corresponding vendor and affiliate accounts. Due to the digital format of Bud Icon products, when a product is returned the customer retains the product and, in many cases, the customer has received a benefit from the product prior to the return. In such cases, Bud Icon reserves the right to issue a refund for less than the full purchase price.
Our vendors are not permitted to make any guarantee that conflicts with our return policy. If you find a product sold through Bud Icon with any warranty that conflicts with our return policy, please bring it to our attention so that we may take corrective action.
Bud Icon has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and service. To promote customer satisfaction, Bud Icon reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
If the customer provides a valid reason for requesting a return within 7 days of purchase;
In order to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, U.S. law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents; or
For any other reason Bud Icon deems appropriate.
A customer may cancel a product with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments.
Cancelling Bud Icon Powered Subscriptions
If you are a Bud Icon client that subscribes to any Bud Icon Powered services, you may cancel your Bud Icon Powered subscription at any time by accessing your account online or by contacting Bud Icon. Cancelling your subscription means that no future subscription fees for Bud Icon Powered will be charged to your account. Bud Icon does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods. After cancellation, your access to Bud Icon Powered will terminate on the next monthly anniversary of your subscription date. Note to Bud Icon Clients
This Return and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, the Bud Icon Client Contract. As a condition of registering with Bud Icon and using the Bud Icon Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understand this Return and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Return and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of the Bud Icon Services and terminate your account. Please note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Return and Cancellation Policy.
